Sr. Project Engineer
An ITT Tech grad from California, Sam started working in IT in 1997, and has gained a specialty in server virtualization. He is a VMWare Certified Professional (VCP5-DCV) as well as a Microsoft Certified Professional (2012 MCP). Sam uses his expertise to manage our virtual private cloud services, our systems projects, and provide technical leadership to the rest of the team.
Tell us a little about yourself.
How did you get started in IT?
When my mom handed me my first computer in 8th grade, an Intel 386sx.
Why did you choose to work at Velo?
What do you consider your greatest strength?
Having the experience and not being intimidated with new projects or new technologies. The ability to adapt quickly and being able to pass on experience to new engineers, hopefully making others successful and grow.
