I am 7th generation DFW native with deep Texas roots and an equally deep love for growth, connection and service. I bring over a decade of hospitality experience into my work as an Executive Assistant and Integral Coach (in training). Outside of work you can find me roasting marshmallows on a campfire, songwriting or picking a tune on my mandolin, or floating in the pool with a good book.

My ability to anticipate needs and deliver calm amongst chaos. Whether it’s preemptively solving a problem or helping a team run more efficiently, I love brining order and clarity to fast-paced environments.
