Senior Leadership

Mallory Vroegh

Executive Assistant

Tell us a little about yourself.

Being born and raised on a farm in Iowa, horses, people, and the rhythm of all life became the core of what makes my heart beat. I made the move to Dallas to begin my academic journey at Southern Methodist University, earning a bachelor's in financial economics and master's in business management while competing for the SMU Equestrian team. As a naturally competitive spirit, outside of work I enjoy watching and playing any and all sports from basketball to equestrian.

How did you get started in IT?

Why did you choose to work at Velo?

From my first conversations, it was clear that the people were what made Velo special. Their genuine sense of integrity, care, and shared purpose resonated deeply with me. I am especially grateful to be a part of an organization that welcomes me to live out my faith in both my professional and personal life.

What do you consider your greatest strength?

My greatest strength is my relational drive. I am naturally competitive and motivated to do things well, but at my core, care deeply about my relationships. I strive to bring positivity, encouragement, and a steady presence to those around me.

Favorite quote?
