How did you get started in IT?

I got my start in IT when my mom would bring home her work laptop on Windows 3.1 and MS-DOS, which I would somehow always break, and I had that evening to fix it or I would get in trouble. It progressed to being IT support for family and friends, my university, and grew from there.

What do you consider your greatest strength?

My greatest strength would be taking a problem or situation and breaking it down into bite-sized pieces, which allows everyone to stay calm and keep moving our feet forward towards our solution.
