Tell us a little about yourself.

I have been working in IT for over 10 years. Most of that was for an internal IT department; I loved it but wanted to grow more in my knowledge. About 2 years ago, I made the jump to work at an MSP. It has been wonderful. There is such a breadth of areas to learn and grow and face new challenges.

How did you get involved in IT?

I had a natural love of technology but was lucky enough to have friends that worked in a service desk. I was hired on and they helped me along the way. It was hard and yet wonderful to be tossed into the thick of things.

What do you consider your greatest strength?

My willingness to learn. There are always things to improve upon. I find that I love to learn. Be it a new IT tool or a new area to me in IT …  or my newest interest, investing. I find an interest and love learning as much as I can about it.
